Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Matanela order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at matanelabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return it.
